• Advising on the trading, supply and purchase, drafting and negotiating agreements relating to of LNG, crude, condensate, refined product and natural gas.
• Negotiating and drafting charter-parties and contracts of affreightment.
• Advising on terminal agreements for the processing, gathering and transportation of natural gas and petroleum products by pipeline, truck and rail.
• Advising on negotiations and representing clients in various disputes including take-or-pay, supply-or-pay and store-or-pay agreements.
• Advising on GTL licencing and commercialisation.
